Order without membership
Choose a 5- or 10-meal plan at the regular price. Protein Bodega’s chef selects the meals for you.
Order as a member
Active members select five or ten dishes from the chef-created weekly menu and receive 10% off eligible plans, Signature dishes, and prepared meals.
How ordering works
1. Choose your plan
Select a 5- or 10-meal plan. Members sign in to choose each meal and assign it to Sunday or Wednesday delivery.
2. Build your order
Each selected meal appears separately in the cart with its chosen delivery day. Add eligible extras in the same order.
3. Receive two fresh deliveries
5-meal plan: three meals Sunday and two meals Wednesday.
10-meal plan: six meals Sunday and four meals Wednesday.
Delivery window
Sunday and Wednesday deliveries arrive between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
Order deadline
Orders for the upcoming week close Friday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
Service area and pricing
Protein Bodega serves eligible Doral and Miami-area addresses. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and see the delivery rate before payment.
