When do orders close?
Weekly ordering closes Friday at 8 PM Eastern Time.
When are deliveries?
Meal-plan deliveries are made Sunday and Wednesday. Five-meal plans are split 3 + 2; ten-meal plans are split 6 + 4.
Can I order without a membership?
Yes. Non-members can order 5- or 10-meal chef-curated plans at regular price.
Can I choose my meals?
Meal selection is a membership benefit. Active members can select meals inside eligible plans.
What does membership include?
Membership is $19.99 per month and includes meal selection, 10% off eligible plans and Signature dishes, and access to member-only products.
What are the regular and member plan prices?
The 5-meal plan is $70 regular or $63 for members. The 10-meal plan is $130 regular or $117 for members.
Where do you deliver and how much is delivery?
Protein Bodega serves eligible Doral and Miami-area addresses. Enter the delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and see the exact local rate before payment.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations depend on whether production has already started.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description and photographs when applicable. See the Order Issue & Resolution Policy.
Do you use seed oils?
No. Protein Bodega does not cook with seed oils.
